Early Head Start: Supervisor
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably within a Head Start or Early Head Start program.

At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge:
-
Strong knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards, child development principles, and family engagement best practices.
Skills:
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in using data systems to track program outcomes.

Familiarity with state and federal early childhood education regulations.
Additional Requirements:
-
Current Act 114, Act 34, Act 151 and NSOR Clearances required prior to an offer (Must be dated within 1 year of hire date).

School Personnel Health Record (Form H511.340) must be completed and received by Human Resources prior to hire date.

Ability to travel locally to attend meetings, conduct home visits, and provide support to various program sites as needed.
